Objectives
- Maximize the client's visibility in the destination markets by establishing a marketing cooperation with a local partner who has a similar target audience
- Develop a creative campaign with a maximum reach and minimum costs, establishing a win-to-win situation for both partners
- Benefit from the trusted marcom channels of the cooperation partner
Services
- Propose a list of prospective partners in the destination countries
- Negotiate a win--win agreement for both cooperation partners.
- Supervise the compliance of all actions and timeline of the agreement
- Support the onsite logistics and the production of all communication materials
- Guarantee the correct positioning of advertising materials in partner's shops
- Coordinate an online and/or offline raffle and announcing winners in live and social media channels of both partners.
Results
- Vienna City Board was fully satisfied with the outcome of the campaigns and the amount of new users who registered through the social media raffle campaigns.
- A large amount of customers participated in the raffle, with a high rate of people accepting to receive the newsletter.
- Large increase of traffic on the client's and partner's website coming from the online raffle landing page and increase of unique visitors during the campaign.
