- Create a campaign around the event: 360º marketing concept, event slogan & key visual, branding and promotional material

- Implement a direct marketing campaign: invitation management (prospects and target customers), telemarketing, personalized registration office
- Design and construction of a 75m2 stand at the main avenue within only 48 hours, including 2 private meeting rooms, reception area as well as a media and business lounge.
- Manage a worldwide PR program in 4 languages with on-site interviews with leading media as well as ongoing social media press office.
