Objectives
- Successful first participation at the TM Forum Management World 2013

- Concept creation, programming and management of an online sales and media lead management platform
- Logistics management and direct support of the marketing department.
- Promotional campaign – invitations, mailings, telemarketing and registeration office, merchandise.
- Social media campaign in LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Design and construction of a personalized booth with media applications (45 sqm)
- Support and assistance for the organization of onsite meetings at the Atos booth.
- Onsite services during the fair, including the organization and provider management for a “Blue Mojito Networking Cocktail” at the stand.
Results
- 121 companies from 40 countries visited Atos during the Management World 2013 in Nice, France
- 255 registered in the platform (83% attended the stand) and 59 meetings held during the fair.
- 224 members in the LinkedIn Group; 127 tweets and 37 followers in Twitter (2 weeks)
