Project Description: The rented meeting room space was designed to maximise its use of space, both in terms of thefunctions to be accommodated as well as creating a comfortable living room atmosphere forscheduled meetings.
Elements such as room dividers, roll-ups and high-quality furnishings were used to divide theroom into different areas, creating a cosy business setting. Branded applications on all walls welltransported the corporate messages of APPNEXT.
The flow of the booth was perfectly designed: At the entrance of the space was a little wardrobeas well as a refreshment bar. The next space was an informal coffee lounge where visitors couldstart their business talks. Those conversations could then be taken to the semi-closed meetingarea with screen for a personalized demo. Clients received a little thank you gift when leaving,well positioned at a shelf at the entrance of the meeting room.
