Objetivos
- Informing entrepreneur and head of human resources about the advantages of employing people with disabilities
- Using best-practice examples to animate companies to imitate
- Involvement of the Austrian Federal Economic Chambers through a cooperation
- Presentation of the achievements of the Ministry of Social Affairs – the NEBA Network and fit2work – and also of the job center (AMS – Arbeitsmarktservice)
Servicios
- Conception of the whole project and production of all communication tools (Web, Print, Live)
- Production of one best-practice video and one event video per state
- Acquisition of all companies and event visitors, project management / communication / logistics and cooperation management with the land offices of the Ministry of Social Affairs, companies and support organizations
- Medial implementation and accompanying press activities before, during and after each event
Resultados
- More than 380 participants at five events so far (ca. 50 in Vienna, ca. 90 in Graz, ca. 80 in Innsbruck, ca. 100 in Dornbirn, ca. 60 in Eisenstadt)
- More than 20 reportings in print, online and audiovisual media
- Three grant applications to the Ministry of Social Affairs directly after the event in Dornbirn
- Positioning the Ministry of Social Affairs as a competent partner for companies
